Luxurious Accomodations

Enjoy the pure bliss in one of Sansara’s private ocean accessible cabañas. Designed to inspired serenity and bliss, the zen like atmosphere encompasses nature throughout the grounds. Each room has a private patio and is steps away from the warm Pacific Ocean. Each room is uniquely designed, with luxurious linens, bathing products, a mini fridge and AIR CONDITIONING.

- 6 nights of luxury accommodations at Sansara Surf and Yoga Resort ( + a special gift for each yogini)

-Twice daily Goddess Rising yoga and workshops overlooking the Pacific Ocean

-Group Transportation to and from Panama City ( recommended hotels and Sansara.

-1 Group intro to surf land lesson in the ocean front shala -SUP boards and Cruiser bikes

*All IS initial deposits ( retreat + workshops) are non-refundable . Failure to maintain timely payments may result in a cancellation of a retreat reservation. Inspired Shakti cannot provide refunds under the conditions of natural disasters , global and / or US travel restrictions.  Purchasing travel insurance is always recommended but not required.

Yoga + Workshops

Sansara is the Sanskrit word for “ continuous flow “, this philosophy is dynamically present in the Yoga Shala . Sansara’s practice space is a a beautifully thatched roof facing the Pacific Ocean. The facility is completely stocked with mats, straps, blankets, bolsters and handcrafted wooden blocks. Each day on retreat will open with a full spectrum Inspired Shakti flow class and end with restorative practices and life enriching workshops .

Surfing School

Beautiful Cabutal is often compared to Hawaii, not just for it’s lush beauty and landscape, but because of the SURF. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned wave rider, you will find ocean bliss at Sansara. Your retreat includes a group land surf lesson that is fun and empowers you in the water. Separate group and private classes can be booked throughout your week.

Optional Travel Days

Arrive early to settle in and explore the vibrant city of Panama!

-Advance arrival to Panama City ( recommended but not required) . May 3rd or May 4th .

- Late departure from Panama City after May 11th ( May 12th or May 13th) .

* Refunds and Cancellations : Refund less deposit and transaction fees ($795.00) before November 1st, 2023 . No refunds after November 1st , 2023. You may transfer your reservation to another person as long as you notify Maricarmen Wilson/Inspired Shakti in advance. In case of cancellation by Inspired Shakti, you will receive a partial refund. Due to special arrangements made with the retreat centers and hosts, there is no exception to this policy.  $795.00 initial deposit holds your space and is non-refundable  Total fees can be paid at one time or in two installments with all final payments due 90 days before retreat date.  No exceptions.
